The new Hallamshire Riding Society Membership Cards are now here!

Membership Cards are for Current Hallamshire Members

How to obtain your HRS Membership Card

1) send a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to -  
HALLAMSHIRE RIDING SOCIETY
117 Anchor Point, 323 Bramall Lane, Sheffield, S2 4RR

Please make sure to including the Riders name, if different to postal address.

2) You can collect your Membership Card at our events

 

Rule Regarding Membership Cards

DISCOUNTS - Membership Cards MUST be PRESENTED to obtain Members Discounts - a select few have been abusing the trust of the HRS and obtaining members discounts without Current HRS Membership. 
 
NAMED USER - Membership Cards are Non-transferable, and can only be used by the named rider - any attempt to falsely use membership cards at events will result in disciplinary procedures.

ICE DETAILS - Cards must have In Case of Emergency (ICE) contact details completed. Riders safety and the need to inform family & friends regarding incidents is important to the Society and if necessary emergency services.

VALIDITY - Membership Cards are only Valid for the paid Season & must be signed by the Named Rider.

LOST CARDS - Membership fees include the cost of Cards however lost/damaged cards will incur an administrative charge of £1.00 for a replacement.
